The data concerning the leases and sale of property is found on page 42 of the 1997 annual report, section #16-Related Party Transactions. The salary information came from the proxy statement, page 5. I received these documents last August 1997 because I was a shareholder of record. I have not looked at the online version, which might be different.

There is no reason to take this off-line.

I just checked the online version, the lease and property sale information is detailed in there. Check under notes to the consolidated financial statements, then scroll down to related party transactions. Look harder, you'll find the area.
