The Senate sent the House a bill which passed by unanimous voice vote. Ryan didn't bring it to a vote. Pelosi should pass it, and send it to the Senate. Then she'll have to find enuf R's to get to 2/3 in the House. Would love to see it work but it won't. The Republicans voted for it because they thought Trump would sign it. It's my understanding that Pelosi can't bring up that old Senate bill because it's last year's vote. Would need new legislation.
