Just received January 19, 1998 issue of Dick Davis Digest with list of 1998 top stock picks. Mark Leibovit of Volume Reversal Survey lists Valence as one of his top picks with a target of $14. Watching carefully as this stock could be huge winner. No need to pull the trigger too early though.

I heard last week from an institutional holder that "line 3 is in the process of being shipped from Italy to Ireland." I have not been able to confirm this from any other source, and I cannot be more specific about the quotation above.
