Do you typically trade large cap techs? how do you determine where to buy and sell before the open? Do you use chart patterns or mechanical setups( EMA's,MACD..etc.)?

Interesting.. I generally have no idea what I will trade.. For example I shorted MU after the news of the MU downgrade...

Going into the morning I had no intend to trade MU...

Regarding your comment "I know before the market opens were I would buy or short all the stocks in my list", are you referring to some technical breakout/down, or just what you feel is cheap/high? Or some other means?
