Regarding the high volume in Echo Bay, a block of about 6 million shares traded near the market close on Friday at the low of 1 1/4, looking at one-minute histograms of the trading. Who would own such a large block? I would think that index fund managers selling would be more scattered rather than concentrated in a one minute time interval near the market close.
