Dear, dear Tom. I'll bet you have a vision of some 250 pound feminist. No. Definitely not. Just to set everyone at ease here. Well, touchy area this, and glad you brought it up. Hummmmm. How to say this without bringing up more things to have disputation over. Let's just say that in analyzing Christianity gone mad in many ways over the years, and seeing things that in no way shape doctrine form or activity resemble the original church set forth in the Book of Acts, or anything vaguely resembling the life and style of Jesus Christ, the Son of God here on earth with us, God Himself showed me Peter II 13:18. And I said, "Ahhhh. Thank you. I thought it was just me." So, that's all I can say. That's between me and God, and to bring up whys and wherefores is probably wrong. I believe to discount the warning of Peter, also inspired by the Holy Spirit is not wise. I believe to heed the warning of Peter helps people to not create the Church of the doctrines of Paul as interpreted any way that best suits your personal feelings on a Matter. Obviously it is too long a title for a church, and that is not why Jesus came to earth to die. To create a church of the writings of Paul. If so, Jesus would have clearly instructed that soon one would come which would override and expand on the simple gospel whereby man mustbe saved. Born of the water and the blood, and then by the spirit. And to go into the world and tell people that Jesus Christ had come into the earth and through Him all men could inherit eternal life. All I'm asking is that Chris show where Alan has been judged unfit for heaven, which you have not done, but Emile, Chris, Robert and maybe Bob to a certain degree thought he did for awhile. My problem is simple. I've been in this long enough and read enough Bible I've missed salvation's point. So I need to be educated to,. I guess. And again have a simple belief that Jesus died for my sins, and never turned the rest of salvation over to Paul, which we interpret sometimes as the final say in the matter. Most of the time it works out good. But when it feels really weird, and isn't lining up, and you can't see the Lord in it, and you hear all sorts of words but they don't seem to be Jesus, then I match that up with the warning of Peter which wouldn't be there without a reason. Or do we throw Peter out? I ask you what we do with Peter's warning to watch wildly speculating on what Paul meant when many "wrestle unto their own destruction." I posted on this, with much more illumination on the subject with exact meanings of the words Peter spoke out of the Strongs months ago. Just hoping someone along the way might notice it and benefit. And I'm not saying I'm right. I am always open to being wrong and being corrected. I have not seen Alan say or do anything unfit for the Kingdom of Heaven.
