I agree with your "share" analysis; there seems to be 20M or so availabale currently, but if they need 30M for series C conversion (possible!), then they would need to increase their available shares for this purpose. Adding another 30M shares seems excessive (what about 15-20M?), unless they want to offer even more stock up for sale (to fill the coffers and conduct more aggressive "business").

I would prefer they "live within their means", like the rest of us have to, and work towards a solid balance sheet/earnings. Lets see if management can perform with what they have; Anyone can turn a company around with millions and millions (or billions and billions ala Carl Sagan) !

I don't want a bankrupt company (as Jesse seems to alude to?) but I wonder what type of analysis went into this 30M figure? It seems that management should explain why they neeed so much, IMHO that hasn't been done, and I will vote against until I do know! ;>)
