Darth: PC Quote through Watley uses Watley's servers. VERY reliable. It is internet driven although they have other options as well. PC Quote offers every possible option including Level 2. The only software more advanced is Cyber Trader(Unfortunately they are not up and running). The BIG reason to go with Watley is they are a well known,old, reputable institutional brokerage firm in New York. They are ahead of the pack in the remote arena. The rest of the remote broker firms have not be around that long (except All Tech, but their fees are WAY too high)
