Robert, Not trying to beat a dead horse here, but....If this company looks to be as promising as we all hope, I would expect the board to load up in advance....not because they were forced to, but because they knew the risk/reward was favorable. I had been watching Bay Networks for this signal....the Ceo bought over a million shares when it was around $20. I bought at the same time and sold for a double because of it. I am waiting for this same type of signal before I add to my position. Jerry
