I've been in and out of VLSI several times of the past few years and couldn't resist buying back in on Friday. I think that the long term prospects are too good to let this price go by and the analyst downgrades will not hurt much more than they have already. The timeframe for improved performance is not very far out and I think that the market will quicky see that the downgrades represent very short term thinking. The stock was way out of line when it got into the mid-30's, but, below $20 its a pretty good investment. Just MHO...
