Yes, I see reversals from weakness into strength and vice versa. Obviously we've seen more of the latter lately beginning with that fateful September rally from 8 7/8 on heavy volume and the following reversal. I really believe what we have witnessed is large institutions loading up on Ivax over the summer only to be immediately disappointed. They have been unloading ever since. The most recent wash to 6 3/16 was not on heavy volume by recent standards and was followed by a reversal to the upside.

I believe Frost has been lining up new shareholders (allies in the game) and of course they don't want to enter at higher prices. Important large shareholders, ones that will vote with you in a fix, will only invest at bargain basement prices. Here we are.

Frost 145,000 at 7 to 8 in Nov.
Bethune 500 at 7 to 8 in Nov.
Andrews 25,000 at 7 to 8 in Nov.
(These have been confirmed by Jaffee at IR)

Henein 10,000 at 7 in Dec.
Frost 25,000 at 7 in Dec.
(These are still subject to verification)

These types of investments just don't occur in a company about to be taken into Chapt 11 receivership. I believe a rally is imminent now or possibly after a move to 6 1/2. Tuesday might see selling at the open. I may be a buyer then.

<<offtopic>>

I have decided to invest in Orthologic (OLGC) after observing it for some time and deciding that a upside breakout is imminent. Debt is low; cash flow is improving. Insider buying is impressive:

Notice the broad participation (vp,od,o,d's) and the nice percentage increase in holdings and the reversals. Check out the thread here on SI for a little more info.

You are iffy on Rational? So am I -- at 12.00 for now. BUT, I am looking to buy more at 10 1/2. It looks impressive, very very impressive.
