AKR is in my books a perfectly nice private company like so many other nano caps which have no business being public.

Go private, bulk up using private equity and then come back to the public market.

I assume they would al?so get involved in a US-based acquisition. Audited annual financials in March should help them get traditional debt to fund acquisitions, therefore limiting dilution for shareholders.
