Thanks. I didn't realize that CO2 was as much as 1/4 of the weight as Water Vapour on a global basis. The estimates seem to be that Water vapour is about 95% of the greenhouse gas effect. The possible interaction effect is a small amount of heating by extra CO2 creates more water vapour and then this is having a big effect. I have noticed in experiments (nothing to do with GW) that interaction effects can be huge, even though an individual contribution is small. It's just one of those things. Here is some discussion on the interaction subject with respect to GW.

Nobody has demonstrated this in a lab experiment yet... well not published anyway, and probably because it's been found to be a negligible. If the interaction Green house Gas of CO2 x Water effect was large, it would have been published everywhere by now -g-
