Both require a lot, but Revolutions may favour type A+, B- and O, whereas class warfares may be biased towards types A-, B+, and O Then there are rebellions, insurrections, counter revolutions, and hijacked rebellions, etc. Let’s wait and see once and if tee-ed up.

A new law under consideration could make any demonstration illegal to begin with if not previously approved by authorities, in an initiative already being compared to the pre-Maiden so-called "dictatorship law" in Ukraine.
