Frank, as Kaiser pointed out, 14C has been somewhat discounted by the market, due to its being perceived as a phase of the omniplex K14 pipe. The general K14 (incl. B&C) deposit, and certainly 91, are important for this play and will be closely watched. The report of mostly clear diamonds is highly significant, as well as fancy, as these can greatly increase tonnage valuation.

But WRT to 14C, don't discard its importance in this find. While the fact that the RC drill stone-fragmentation will mean a smaller whole diamond count, it will also mean larger macros, which are in shorter supply and offer greater value. Remember that the larger stones will be the first to get crushed. If nothing else, this can be indicative of other phases &/or pipes in the field.

WRT ACA News this week: Diamond-quality and occurrence (distribution) is important information. I am hoping Ashton will use the News Release to qualify their reporting (ie, include valid explanations and crucial evaluative information). I think we're looking for tonnage potential and crystal quality. If the 1000+ tonne bulk-sampling program is announced, obviously Ashton sees the potential. That ain't cheap, & these folks know what they do. :)

I personally feel that Ashton has high hopes, because they have seen the diamonds under microscope, and do know their gem quality. I think they have hopes of finding more fancy and uniquely colored diamonds, but are cautious not to prematurely say so. I think the apparent uneroded, large dimension K-pipes (still w/ crater facies at source) have them v.excited (large tonnage). And they have been reviewing the aero's for the region! --targets galore--

Let's not forget, as J. Fairchild just reminded us, this is barely the start of the exploration process of the region. The fact that these first few drilled pipes have been diamondiferous, at this stage, has been sensational. But there is much more work to do. This is why ACA is keeping mum. They do not want to give away their secrets, as they learn them. This is good for long-term shareholder value, not so good for immediate NAV determination.

Montello may aid in this regard, by singing as the music plays! ;)
