I think impeachment may be higher probability than most people think. Here's why. Ginsberg is going to die in anywhere from 1-6 years. I think there's a 50% probability that she dies in the next 2 years, but a 90% probability she dies in years 3-6. Democrats know that if this happens in Trump's current term, he will nominate a conservative, shifting the Judiciary to 6-3 conservatives from the current 5-4. If Trump gets re-elected, then that's a 90% probability the Judiciary goes major conservative for the next 25 years. Dems won't want to take that chance. Already a 50% probability is too high for them. Pelosi is being coy. She's a wily old coot and is not as openly sanguine as all the newbie Congress calling for Trump's head. She wants Trump's head too, but she knows that to call for his head before real evidence is on the record with Mueller creates a higher bar for impeachment, because Trump's lawyers can claim bias and witch hunt if they try to impeach before Mueller is ready.

2019 will go down as more volatile in the markets than 2018. I strongly believe that 2019 is all about capital preservation, just as I said in 2018, but now I'm even more in favor of forgoing gains to preserve capital. Gold would be great, except that I believe gold will always be highly manipulated by central banks and their friends to suppress the price, so there is no alternative to the currency.
