"four of Newriders' major shareholders have agreed to contribute a majority of their shares back to the company. These shares will be used to fund the stock portion of the purchase price, resulting in a significant increase in book value for all shareholders." Management Doing a very nice job. With this deal done we have a $50+ Mi Co. Few new openings, Nasdac listing, $5+ stock funds start bying, Year end price of 10-12. I hold 13000 shares avg $3.70, may bye more if goes down to 3-3.25 Good luck Pete
