Well, the woman in this movie was getting revenge against a gang of men who had raped her and her younger sister - who lost her mind. If you haven't seen it, and like Eastwood, it's a very good movie. Although, there were some scenes that were a bit too violent, IMO. But what I have noticed with Eastwood directed films, he has a gift for making you think you are seeing way more than you actually are....He isn't that graphic, but he sure can make a scene seem real.
