APOG Doug, The line I was talking about connects the lows of, I believe, 5/31/94 (5 7/8) and 10/9/95 (7 1/8). With no software (can you recommend a website that has some?), I can only eyeball where that line presently is. To my naked eye, however, it seemed close to the bottom of the recent gap, and my thought was whether that would add validation to a signal generated when that bottom is pierced on volume higher than the previous three days, and closing at least one tick ... you know the rest. You kinda invented it. Ivan
