Robo, lol, I don't know. As I look at it just from an odds standpoint I think the odds so greatly favor a good drop here that short is the thing to do.
Just from a more emotional impulse I don't like the look of those candles the last three days on the daily.
Northam took a short. He has a system.
The DEMs Nancy said NO money for a barrier on the Southern border even if you open the Government, so the POTUS said we are done here and walked out. So nothing but uncertainty how that will all play out.
China's economy is in trouble and they are tightening up on their commitment to Communism rather than becoming more Capitalistic. They do not understand nor do they believe in "free trade". So no movement toward a deal. It is what it is. That may go nowhere. I think it is a huge clash of cultures.
Let's see what else is there? O yeah, there have been a slew of big companies warning about their earnings in the fourth quarter of 2018, The list is long and scary. The December debacle is attributed to that bit of info.
Maybe you saw futures down about 100 and thought finally after four up days we might get a down day.
So maybe the reason you want to short the heck out of this thing is a combination of all of this..

Also, there have been studies that indicate that our subconscious mind will at times, based on the data it receives and the past results associated with that data cause an intuitive feeling. So there are times you should trust your feelings. The problem is knowing when your brain is running ahead of your conscious self and when you just ate too much pizza.
