I doubt you'll find it at Whole Foods. I buy mine from AZ.

Yacon syrup is dark like molasses, but has a different flavor that is sweet and pleasant. It is an excellent topping for "ice cream" "pancakes" or anything that requires a syrup. I use it as a sweetener in a favorite breakfast walnut bread.

When you do buy it, make sure it's 100% Yacon syrup. There are fakes out there that contain questionable ingredients.

Mix it with mineral water and add a sprig of mint.
