That correct regardind ESMC, ZITL etc.
What I will watch for in the SB-2 filling, is the option
to buy back the debentures (most of the time they won't go to
this deal if they can afford to buy back).
Maybe you can start buying back debentures for other companies
(for some shares) and forced the shorts to cover? <vbg>
