I heard him speak in the 70's while he was still his old self, more or less. He was hilarious - up there with the very best comedians. When someone asked him if he still took drugs, he responded "We are taking drugs you haven't even heard of yet." I finally understand that he was referring to a proto-MUSE, which resulted in fathering that child at a late age -- proof that drugs can mess you up.
