I suspect it'll be like "sleeping with the enemy"--someone from
the Wintel camp, if the announcement is "really big". I wonder
whether it could be some hardware companies, such as
Compaq, or even Intel (but not very likely, they just announced
some kind of partnership a while ago; Intel wouldn't want to
make MSFT looking too bad by being in bed with SUNW again.)

Or it could even be no other than Micro$oft itself. Could M$FT
get rid of the Justice Department (at least partially) from its
back by teaming up with SUNW?

Another possibility could be Apple. It is rotten, but if the SUNW
takes a bite, it may have a lot of entertainment value.
