In the news release dated 01/15/98 HVSF quoted "(The company said a senior partner would greatly help to speed efforts in seeking FDA approval and marketing of its products)". In the news release dated 01/15/98 HVSF stated it has elected Curtis Orgil as treasurer and CFO. Quote from news release dated 01/15/98. "(He has extensive knowledge of international accounting, corporate tax planning, as well as structuring acquisitions for corporations)". Could this mean that another player is involved ? If so what price is HVSF worth ?
