Zero carbon emissions in 10 years would prolly do that. I'm not sure Calif. can get there by '45, cuz we have a lot of vehicles to replace. dmv.ca.gov "They say they're already the cheapest source of energy." Close enuf. Going forward, we shouldn't build any new FF plants, and we should begin replacing the current ones with zero-emission sources, storage, and a reduction in demand thru efficiency
