Haven't had time to research their new strategy. Anyone know who their competitors will be? They're contract approach to development can be sucessful but it requires many contracts to equal one big game hit. On the other hand, one loser contract isn't going to kill them the way the last few games did. They supposedly got their Microsoft money up front with a percentage at the back end (IR wouldn't give specifics). The up front money was in the last quarter and as you saw it wasn't broken out and probably wasn't that much. However, this type of work is a lot more stable if you can get it. The combination of the 2D and 3D tools should give them a stable base to work from. Right now I think this stock is a hold until we find out more details. The Monty Python game (they promised release in two weeks prior to Xmas and missed it - probably because rights were sold to someone else) should give them some cash for the first quarter. But they've said they will need more. It all boils down to how many contacts they have and how many customers they can get in in the near future. They've said their in discussions with entertainment type companies. If these talks pan out and they deliver for them, they should be able to take off. If not, oh well, it's only money. Joe C.
