<<P.P.S.S. Do not forget the CS's CEO has 600,000 options to buy CS stock at approx. $34.00/share.>>

Really? Is there a (web link) source for this?
When do these options expire?

I agree with you 100%. I have been following Yago Systems for a while and I was concerned that someone else might grab them before Reed did. I am hearing a lot of positive things about him internally. Things like you have indicated 'take no shit in the future with respect to product introduction delay'. Also, I hear that he has definitely indicated to his fellow executives that he is in charge now and that Cabletron will be run like the billion dollar company that it is.

This something that had to happen. In all due respect to Bob and Craig, this company needed professional management to compete, they know it, and now they have it. I think that the shareholders are going to be real happen within 18-months. I don't see any problems achieving the Yago price targets once Reed has a few more quarters under his belt and Wall Street achieves a comfort level with his guidance. All I can say is, look how fast they jumped on David House's bandwagon and Bay's numbers are still dismal!

Cheers,

Steve
