The government has a monopoly? Seems to me that physical force was used against the government when legally disarmed Presidents JFK and Raygun were shot.

I think Ayn Rands final illness and death is a suitable lesson and consideration whether a government is needed and the suitability of a national health service.

A serious illness of a family loved one can destroy the wealth of billionaires, not just Joe Shmoe down the street.
