Hello Dale,

I've always suspected this to be the case but somehow naively thought that there must be laws to prohibit this. Otherwise there would be huge potential for abuse. Are there laws against it? Is it illegal for an analyst to tout or downgrade a stock and then act against their advice? Who watches over this?

Shahen Petrosian.
