With a diet high is animal protein you really must have lots of water to help in digestion or you will end up with kidney stones... a lot of water every day is a MUST!!!

2019-01-21@ 237-pounds . . . I took a mulligan this week.
I had dropped to 235-pounds by Wednesday, but stayed there through Friday morning.
SO, I thought, I'll "stimulate" my metabolism by eating some carbs. (carb-loading)
I ate popcorn during the day Friday and my wife begged for Chinese food Friday night.
SO I gave in on my "carb-loading" day.
Then Sunday the kids begged for pizza .. I gave in again.
SO .. no weight loss this week . . but happy there was no gain either!
Back to what I love ... steak and eggs only .. with some chicken and fish and pork mixed in!
See you next Monday .. DOWN a pound or three!
