You believe that property rights are stronger than parental rights?

You may be right here legally, I'm not really sure. Can you give me some court cases which support this idea? I'm not saying your wrong. It just gives me a chill to think about it.

I think it would be an interesting exploration.

Does the State have more rights over our children than over our homes or business's? My instinct tells me they don't.
