I am supposing that the sundering of nato, and the splitting of UK, France, Germany, and the cratering of Italy, and ... once underway in earnest, would be USD positive let's see how the europeans electorates and deep-states play into or against the inevitable would be world peace positive, as nato may still be as jack sr once described, and a weak nato or absence of nato would discourage unwarranted behaviour befitting minor states and pygmy nations, and subtract traditional war-mongering tendencies
