Energy self sufficiency, assures that manufacturing inputs within USA, will be lower than anyone on any radar had heretofore forecasted. The movement of capital to places where inertia has a chance of overcoming systemic largesse, will rearrange the assumptions about the powers that be. Sustainable....is a bad word.
