For US$ 100 use per month all-in total, I have two optics fibre lines (1000M) into the home upstairs / home office downstairs, so that the kids' YouTube-ing, Netflix-ing, and normal TV do not interfere (wouldn't at the speed as spec-ed but I wanted the redundancy as the extra line only added US$ 12 to the 88 for the first line), and that includes 100+ global TV channels (incl the usual various flavours of HBO, BBC Video, etc etc).

On-demand is about US$ 3.83 per movie

Netflix is US$ 12 per month
