You want protection from organized crime, but you don't want to pay for it. You don't want two planes colliding over your house, but you don't want to pay for the people who keep that from happening. You want to eat food that isn't contaminated by E coli, but you don't want to pay for the inspectors.You want cyber-protection, but you don't want to pay for the protectors. You prolly don't want to see sick vets, but you aren't willing to pay for their care. You don't want WMDs and drugs coming here is shipping containers, but you aren't willing to pay for the people and technology which prevents that.
