Sycamore the "Insider Trader" only LISTS transcations that have TAKEN PLACE. those were sells, not filings for future sells.. the definitions will show who each person is: Insider Relation Codes: A - Affiliated person. B - Beneficial owner of 10% or more of a company's shares. C - Chairman. D - Director. F - Chief financial officer and/or treasurer. G - General Partner. H - An officer with 10% or more of a company's shares. L - Limited partner. N - None. This code is only found on Form 144 filings, and relates to the fact that not all owners of unregistered shares are insiders. O - Officer. P - President and/or chief executive officer.
