RAP, It seems clear that you have lost money in this investment. So have so many others. There is no question about that. Also, there is no question that the one of the main reason for these huge losses was the HYPE surrounding this stock early last year. I do not know about all those who were involved in this HYPE activity personally except for the individuals active on this thread. You clearly seem to know a lot more of the players who may have been involved in the HYPE. I am sure that most will agree with this basic premise. Now the question is what should those who have lost money do. I am not sure what you are proposing. A good solution and meaningful solution to this problem has to have at least one feature: the recovery of all or most of the lost investment. One obvious option is to sell the stock, lock in your losses, and go home. That is too easy, and can be any time. If that is the proposed solution, then I am glad that it was not followed few weeks ago. At least now one can get a lot more his/her shares. This solution will not provide any meaningful recovery for me, and therefore is does not appear that attractive to me. We can ask SEC to investigate the company. They may agree. They may find the culprits responsible. But this again will not result in any recovery. May be a class action law suit could be filed. If it is successful, there may be some recovery. However, most of this will go to the attorney's pockets. The share holders, at best may not be any more better off then the first option discusses above. Another option is to trust this new management and their stated objectives for the company. If they are honest and successful, they for sure will make a pile of money for themselves. However, the share holders will also make a bunch, way more than any of the other option available. If the management is dishonest and/or unsuccessful, and if this whole thing is afraud, the stock certainly will go to zero, and share holders will loose the remaining little of their investment as well. I have knowingly chosen the last option, as it appears to provide the best odds of recovery. I would like to see what you would like to propose and how that would be a better solution. But most importantly, what active role are you willing to play to make your proposed solution materialize. All I am saying is that the all rumors, speculations, facts, lies, allegation against this company and the management have been discussed at least ten time over. Doing it ten more times will not change much. One should be able to come to the plate and do some thing about this, or just let it go. Afaq Sarwar
