I never said there is a "great conspiracy" afoot. I stated that there seems to be potential for abuse and then asked whether there are laws against it.

I didn't say it happens everytime or that every analyst is guilty. I said that it is the case sometimes.

If you think WS is pure, I suggest you read a few books from insiders.
"Liar's Poker" or "Fiasco".

Or better yet, just open your eyes and watch some of these WS analyst in action.
