Joe, I know that Larry can speak for himself and his lack of reply to your nonsense says a lot. <<it will destroy him and only annoy others.>> I enjoy and look forward to Larry's levelheaded and analytical posts. I believe him to right on target and I suspect that's what pisses you off.

Joe,

<< If you accept the good, you have to accept the bad too. We don't know what the plan and total gamble was.>>

You'll get no argument from me that Doyle is an excellent financier but based on the power of these forums and the increased need for share holder awareness on these forums, I think it is benificial to at least give some indication of what the gamble was about. According to the 10Q it was for the payment of executive salaries. Anytime I hear of an acquisition of a company or investment in a company by another it is standard practice for the CEO to follow that up with a statement of why the actions will benifit the share holders of the company that is putting out the funds. This was not done and until I understand what the reasons were for such actions I find it difficult at best to support such actions.

I spoke to Alan for awhile in Phoenix and don't doubt his financing abilities and he told me a little about his past but as far as any real life knowledge of him is concerned I really have none so in the interest of IPM and its share holders it would be benificial to put out some kind of explanation as to how these finances will possibly benifit us. Until then I have no way to judge it.

I agree that whining isn't going to resolve anything and armed with the knowledge that much of this forum gets back to the companies in which they are written about, I will proceed with the high hopes that they start listening to me through the forums.
