You, too, are lost in a fog of delusions. Virtually no one paid those rates. Our expensivest schools devoted a lot of resources to teaching people with better potentials to engineer tax avoidance schemes.

Those nations that best minimize the overhead expense that is government deliver the most human happiness. Escape your bubble. Investigate the truth of that claim.
