No not really. Last year I believe the Senate (Dems and Pubs) averted a government shutdown by agreeing to work out immigration reform including DACA. Or am I remembering that incorrectly? As per usual the Dems and Pubs accomplished nothing regarding immigration reform and DACA. In fact, my argument now of the Dems not actively charging hard on this issue with a comprehensive immigration and border security bill and having members like AOC sell it is simply going to show that neither party wants to fix the issue. Obviously just my opinion.

Where did I say giving in to trump? I did NOT say that. Ever. What I said is give him his wall but get something in return. If you take the position to never grant him anything and he takes the position I won't budge on this there are four losers; ........trump, republicans, democrats and the federal workers .......I guess five because the American people too are losers.

If you offer DACA in exchange for the wall; there will be at least one winner - democrats. Maybe more. Maybe even the DACA kids. Not sure how you can possible take from that I'm giving in to trump.
