McDonald J FatRump did not propose a deal. This was just another political stunt from McDonald J FatRump. McDonald J FatRump tried to end DACA. A federal appeals court blocked him from ending it. The Supreme Court has not taken it up. DACA protections remain in place without McDonald J FatRump's consent or approval. McDonald J FatRump offered nothing and will get exactly nothing in exchange.
