As sad as the news is for South Korea in the short term only, this may finally be what started the big rally of 1998 (the first half anyway) on Wall Street!

Yet to Come> I actually think this is good news. We already know the situation is terrible, at least they are saying publicly what we already know. That's always the first step to a handle. Now, if we get some good news from a few others, things may perk up. pete
