I never said that, just said that there are honest and dishonest people, and people in between, just as in any group of human beings, including doctors. Sociopathy is not the same as being a serial killer. It is a personality type in which one has no empathy for the suffering of others, or at least so little as it does not affect their choices. Think about people you know that seem to have no filter in a social setting. Or think about what sort of person can order other men into battle with the certain knowledge that they are going to die for the greater good. Or a criminal defense lawyer that gets a client off while knowing he is in fact guilty of a heinous crime. Sociopathy is not such a rare thing as you might imagine. There are lots of people who function quite well with that personality type.
