Chris:

Thanks for the response and the link. I have been read several technical analysis book. The problem I have is to apply in the real
situations. Last year I trade stocks with return of 78%. I almost
never day trade.(don't have time) I focus on micro to midcap tech stocks with holding time several weeks to several months. I try to use
technical analysis to improve my entry and exit points but barely have
success.
Maybe because the stocks I focus (with low float and low daily trading
volume) most of time I try to buy breakout, end up to be resistant level for the stock for short term. My stop point also kill me. It make me miss the big move(when I put stop too close) or I stop out when I loss almost half of my profit(like QMDC, AEIS etc.)
So the question I have is
a: Is daily trading volume and float will have a effect to alter the out come of TA?
b: What's a better way place a stop which will not loss most of the
profit but not also will not cause miss hte big move?
c: Is the stock cycle time (float/daily volume) have a effect on stock's near term move possibility?
Thanks

Ming
