Ryanbot, Who the fck will listen to the USA anymore? They will burn burn burn the coal until this world becomes hell like Venus. I'm pretty sure Asian countries like China and India can make their own damned decisions, especially when it's their air quality at stake. As for America, coal has taken a backseat to natural gas, which we now have a lot of thanks to fracking. It's also cleaner than coal, obviously. Only problem is that it's still a carbon-based fuel, so of course it "changes the climate," because SCIENCE! Tenchusatsu
