I didn't check very deeply into Warren's personal life. It does always bother me that he (and his company) buy up all the little companies that might be a great return for dividend minded investors and basically takes them off the market. He was forced into allowing the 'B' shares otherwise he would have removed these types of retirement vehicles in any format from all put the largest pension funds.

he probably thinks if they knew they were going to get it all, one of them might get impatient.
