Malcolm, if there is one thing Fonar is isolated from, it is the Asian flu, MRK has a much greater exposure to that flue, and yet it is hitting new highs recently. No, I think we need to seek the weakness in Fonar stock in management's inability to convey to the street (and possibly to itself) a long term strategic vision of what is this company about, is it a medical imaging company, a PPM company or maybe just an MRI company. Once the market finds out what Fonar wants to be (and for that mater, once Fonar finds out), then the market can assess what are the chances of Fonar becoming what it wants to be.

Malcom, Have you followed any of the stocks Kon Lin recommends? I received one unsolicited newsletter from him but did not follow any of his recommendations? Do you or anybody on this link know his track record? Is he half as good as Bill?

TO MALCOLM, PATTI AND ALL,

MANAGEMENT , MANAGEMENT, MANAGEMENT. After reading the last 200 posts I JUST HAD TO ANSWER. What we have here is the belief by the ANTI - FONAR SUPER HEROS is that Fonar management no matter what direction they take DOES NOT HAVE A CLUE on how to run a co. We have people on this board who say they have run co.'s telling Fonar management don't spread too thin you'll run out of money. We have people here saying Fonar should sell out. We have people here telling Fonar to that the co. has no idea which direction the co.'s is going . These are the same people who said Fonar will never make money , who should have settled with GE for a lot less and who actually feel Fonar could go OUT OF BUSINESS. Well guess what first let's let Fonar management make their own decissions and see what happens. If PPM's are so bad then why do other co.'s keep buying up centers ? If Fonar's technology is so bad then why does other co.'s keep stealing it ? And if Dr. Damadian is so bad then why is his invention in the Smithsonian ? You want Fonar's business plan well here it is "THE BIG PICTURE" Fonar Sues all who steal makes a ton of money , Invents new technology so the Big Boys can steal again ,Fonar sues again but in the meanwhile sells some machines makes profits from sales , Buys centers , makes profits from centers , collects interest from all money in bank from lawsuits and profits, buys more centers , makes more profits , adds to R&D invents new technology , Big Boys steal again Fonar sues wins more big settlements , Fonar puts Quads in all centers , Gets FDA approval to do mammograms with Quads , Centers overflow with new business . GET THE BIG PICTURE FOLKS . HOW DOES IT LOOK SO FAR. How could a co. run out of money when they are sueing co.'s every year and collecting royalties ? Vicious cycle isn't it. As long as Dr. D keeps inventing and the Big Boys keep stealing and the co. keeps trying to expand into other business's this co. will prosper. And guess what if the Big Boys don't steal Fonar technology then Fonar will have that Niche market that they can be #1 in that most seem to think we need to be to have a successful co. GO AHEAD LET ME HEAR IT.

YOUR THOUGHTS

FRANK
