Better yet, if you know someone with breast cancer and wants 132, then probably better for them to call and explain how they have 3, 4, whatever months to live and they are not concerned with a manufacturing issue possibly harming them in exchange for the possibility spending quality time with their families for 12 or more months. Or better yet, complete response. I've seen the devastation of chemotherapy and if it's not working, well I would consider that harm.
